Beautiful Art Deco sterling silver set comprising of cup, saucer and spoon in their original fitted box. Birmingham 1927 and 1928 by William Bates & Son.

Cup and saucer dated'C' for 1927; Spoon'D' for 1928. Great for a Christening, Christmas, or any occasion for an avid espresso/coffee fan. The set is in good condition.

Some light scuffing from occasional use. The odd mark or stain likely relating more to the silver annealing process. A patch under the rim that has a light'scribble' mark. No markings, engravings or monograms. Original box in good condition with some scuffing, mostly to edges.

The spoon elastic has lost its stretch. Rubbed to a degree but likely the result of light stamping rather than excessive use or polishing. Item is insured, tracked and signed for.
