Antique Art Nouveau Secessionist Complete Mettlach Ceramic Tea Set w Cup, Saucer. This is a beautiful estate found antique tea set crafted by Mettlach of Germany in the early 20th century. The ceramic set is superbly decorated in a Secessionist Art Nouveau style with bole blue and gold floral decorations. The five piece set includes the following: Teapot numbered 2946, It is 4 1/4" to the top of the handle and 4" to the rim.

It is 8 3/8 from the back of the handle to the tip of the spout. Creamer numbered 2947, 3 1/2 to the top of the spout. It is 4 1/8 from the back of the handle to the tip of the spout. Covered Sugar Bowl numbered 2948, It is 4" to the top of the handle and 2 3/4" to the rim.

It is 4 7/8 across the handles. It is 2 3/8 to the top of the rim. The diameter is 3 1/2.

Condition: In overall very good condition. There are no cracks or chips. Scattered irregularities along the blue lined rims. This condition is consistent with age and use.
