Antique Art Deco Royal Doulton Violets 15pc Tea Set Trio Cup Saucer Plate H3747

Welcome to William Sharpe Antiques. Here today for your consideration we have this superb Art Deco Royal Doulton fifteen piece tea set, decorated in the highly desirable Violets design, H3747. This beautiful set includes four teacups, four saucers, four square side plates, sugar bowl, milk jug and cake plate.

Condition is good throughout, with minimal signs of use evident. Each piece is free from chips, cracks or repair, with the gilded rims having some minor wear from occasional use. The base of the sugar bowl has a couple of spots of staining, and some clean crazing (refer photos). This set truly is timeless in style and design, and will grace your collection for years to come. The cake plate measures 24cm x 22cm, with the milk jug and sugar bowl standing 7cm and 6cm tall respectively.

The side plates measure 14.5cm square and the saucers have a diameter of 14cm, with the teacups standing 6cm tall having a diameter of 8.5cm at the rim. Unpacked, the set weighs in at 2.15kgs. To see my other items!
